SHOP ONLINE HELP!

1. How do I make an order at Ugly Duckling online?
That’s easy. At the moment, you don’t have to register or become a member first in order to shop at Ugly Duckling. All the items posted on the blog are available for purchase unless stated SOLD OUT. Simply fill up the Order Form (Click Here).
2. Important guidelines.
Sales are made on first come first serve basis. We don’t do reservation unless you’re keen on getting it. Reservations can only be made for a maximum period of 2 days. No back-outs once order(s) has been verified. It is not the right thing to do hence you’ll be blacklisted from Ugly Duckling. For cancellation of order(s), please contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel your order.
3. How is my order delivered?
We will ship out your parcel the next working day after payment is verified. Parcels being sent within Malaysia are sent via Poslaju and can be tracked throughout the process of delivery. Click here for delivery time frame. We’ll update you with the tracking number after we have posted out your parcel. If you have not received your parcel within the specified time frame you may you may email at ms.uglyduckling@gmail.com.
4. How do I calculate postage and handling if my order is being sent within Malaysia?
There is a postage charge of RM6.00 (within Peninsular Malaysia) and RM8.00 (Sabah/Sarawak) added to the total of the order not more than 3 items. If the order is more than 3 items, then you’ll have to add another RM1.00 for each item. Do check out our “Free Postage Promotion” from time to time, and then the postage charge is waived.
5. How much is postage and handling if my order is being sent overseas?

General Rate Guideline
Lightweight Tops/Accessories = 100grams
Dresses/Long Tops/Bottoms = 150grams
6. How long does it take from the time I order online until my order is sent?
All orders are completed and sent within 24 hours of the order being received, unless informed otherwise of any delay. (This does not include weekends, as the Post office is open from Mon-Fri.)
7. How long does it take to deliver my order if it is being sent within Malaysia?
Orders being sent within Malaysia normally take between 1-2 working days to arrive. It may take longer to arrive if you live in remote country areas.
8. How long does it take to deliver my order if it is being sent overseas?
Due to varying postal services, we cannot give an accurate delivery time for overseas orders. Orders can be delivered from anytime between 7-21 working days.
9. Can I return or exchange my online order?
Ugly Duckling does not issue any refunds or exchange as we will check through the garment/s that you ordered before we sent for shipping. Incorrect sizing from purchase will not fall under return policy. Kindly note that Ugly Duckling will not held responsible for lost parcels through postage.
10. What is the quickest way to make payment?
You can pay via internet transfer of money from one account to another, only if you have online banking account available. Internet transfer is a very safe way to make payment. Please make sure you use the reference number issued in the email when paying for your order.
11. What happens to the information I give you?
The information that you supply us with is strictly confidential. We do not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell or distribute to any third parties personal information unless consented by you.
12. How do I receive updates from Ugly Duckling?
Join our mailing list to receive updates and newsletters from Ugly Duckling to receive prompt updates from us so you won’t miss any fine apparel out! We are giving away RM20.00 voucher to our lucky subscribers every month! You can find the subscription field at the sidebar and simply submit your valid email address. Don’t forget to verify the subscription that will be sending to you through email. Join us NOW!
13. What else I can do to get additional discount?

You may click on SEARCH to search for a particular product at the sidebar. Or you can click on SALE/New Arrivals under Labels at the sidebar for complete range of garments.
15. Do you have a shop?
Not at the moment. We enjoy online retail! However we are planning to open one soon.
