Happy Birthday, Tju Keng

This is a big shout out post to my brother wishing him a happy 22nd birthday! I know its a wee bit early but it is just 2 days away. I want to be the first to wish you. Ok, I confess. When I was a little girl, I used to dislike my bro. he enjoyed kacau-ing me for no reason resulting me shouting like a mad girl all the time and everyone else in the house hating the moment when I’m shouting. As he grows up, he no longer kacau me. Instead he turned into a helpful and understanding brother.

I have a statement to make: you're still an awesome bro regardless that...

You're skinnier than me...

...acts better than me

...has more blackheads

...& exceptionally photogenic in boxers

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY ONE AND ONLY BROTHER!!!

A big smooch for you!

Your sister loves you and apologizes for divulging your photos.

Photo Shooting

It’s a busy weekend for me and I love being busy doing the things I like the most. On Saturday I attended Forever 21 opening launch at Sunway Pyramid. I received a free gift (a set of mini make-up brush) and it’s in PINK! Nothing special is going on during the launch though...maybe it’s a little too early. Other than that I wasted RM148.00 at the store but I think its worth for the price of 2 tops, a necklace and a gold aviator sunglass.
As on Sunday my time was fully occupied with photo shooting for my upcoming clothes. I feel that it’s a little boring if I just take the photo of the clothes alone and it would me more fun if the clothes are being modelled. Thus I asked my friend, Chi Loon aka Baby Elephant for helping me out. He has a shared studio in Puchong and managed to arrange a slot for me. I have to say he’s a talented photographer and put a lot of efforts and time on experimenting photography. He’s also the one who guided and helped me to get an A in Photography back in KDU. Although he would not considered himself as a real photographer but I think he’s doing a great job!
A big hug for Vivien because she promised to be my model! It’s not easy to be a model as it takes much more than just a pretty face and a slim figure. You must feel comfortable in front of the camera, being naturally photogenic and knowing how to pose…which I did not fit in any of the criteria. That is why I have to ask someone else to be my model. Vivien was good in it. You go, girl!
Its fun and I hope we can do it again next time...but with more models. I'll update with all the photos as soon as possible. I need some time to edit them. Meanwhile you people can enjoy the photos that I took during the photo shooting session.

K!

I should have posted this earlier, but I totally forget about it until I see these photos in my camera. Perhaps I got lot of things to do lately and even feel incredibly disconnected. I eat my breakfast, take my lunch on time, and did not skip dinner. I sleep early and rise early. Everything seems normal but I still don’t feel good. Maybe it’s too complete like a perfect apple until my soul couldn’t recognize me anymore. Maybe I shouldn’t have take lunch since I’m not hungry. A lot of maybe-s and excuses but I personally think that imperfect lifestyles lead to a happier life. Happily imperfect.
Anyway, I went for karaoke at Neway, Cheras with my usual bunch of friends. I seldom go for karaoke because all the time I went there to hear them sing not the other way round. First, I can’t read Chinese. Second, the English songs provided are limited. Lastly, they want to be the second Jay Chou..Superstar leh tu. The remote control and the mic glued to their hands all the time. I only managed to sing 2 songs, The reason and Mungkin Nanti. They let us to have the room until 4 am since there are not much people. This is a crazy idea because everyone has important things to do the next day. One needs to sit for his driving test, one needs to work- yeah I know its Sunday, and the rest needs to go ‘sau mu- Grave Sweeping Day’ early in the morning.
What can i say? This is not the first time though.

Going goo goo gaga over Fafi

I was overjoyed when MAC sends me a postcard on their spring collection, and this time they surprised us with their collaboration with Fafi. I have been into Fafi ever since I came across the website that showcases her piece of works. I even print out every single drawing of Fafi that I found in the net. I love the sexy, dreamy cheeky vibe in Fafi’s characters. Her use of color is brilliant and what I love the most is the cute hearts painted on their cheeks. It’s funky and girlie at the same time. How could I not get excited when I get to know that MAC Fafi collection will be launched in Malaysia. Although I’m not a big fan of MAC, but approaching the Fafi road show made me all hyped up. I’m amazed by the colorful stage, backdrops, their uniform, the mock up Fafinettes and the real Fafinette girls dancing, smiling to hype up the environment. As for the Fafi collections, they are all lovely. I absolutely love the colors and the packaging. There are sketches of Fafi girls on all the compacts and packaging. I promised myself not to buy anything as I’m on a tight budget, but seeing all these lovelies, I couldn’t help it. I kept on bugging and mumbling until cowcow couldn’t stand me. In the end, being a generous person he bought me an iridescent powder, a powder blusher and a Fafi doll (Ermine). Yippie! There were also stickers given away if you purchase anything from the collections. That day, I went home with a bag of full of fafi-ness!
